"I received a lot of Ads on You Tube about switching my insurance to get a better rate. It’s always the ad that’s so personalized about a family moving from CA to Charlotte, NC. We know insurance in NC maybe more costly than other states; so after many skip ads; I decided to click on it. I upload my information thinking I’ll definitely get a great quote considering no citations in the past 3 years, no claims and I bundle my homeowners policy. A live agent called to verify information and transferred me to SOMEONE who could give me better coverage and a competitive rate. She was nice of course and I could tell she thought she was giving me the best coverage and quoting me the most competitive rate but she was wrong. The quote was a $100 more than what I’m paying now. I’ve been with State Farm for 8 years and after my agent, Lavette Jones retired I am blessed to be with Austin Fitzpatrick. I thought I would have to switch but State Farm keeps giving me the best coverage with the best competitive rate. They are truly on your side. "I had a very pleasant and smooth experience setting up my policies with Austin and Sara. Not only did they save me money but I basically received 2 different policies for the price of 1 compared to other insurers. They were so patient with me and it felt like we've known each other for years with them making the experience personable and making sure the policies met my needs. I appreciate their thoroughness, transparenty and thoughtfulness. While deciding what I want to do I needed to ask questions and that required me to call them at different times. However ,every time I called they made time for me or called me right back. They are truely dedicated and genuine in what they do!"

"I was transferred to this agency without my request or consent. For years my husband and I were with the Lavette Jones agency who closed abruptly giving us no notice.
